Ability to create transactions dated in the future

Hi! Is there a way to create transactions into the future months?

Example:
I am charged for insurance on a 6 month basis so I want to split that insurance charge out over the future 6 months so that I can accurately track the costs.

I’m not currently seeing this allowed on the “Transactions” page and it doesn’t let me set a transaction anywhere into the future but that’s where the charge appears.

Hi Joe,

Stessa has always allowed creating transactions in the future. However, it turns out we had a bug where the Split function did not allow entering dates in the future. We recently found and fixed that bug, please give it a try and let us know if it works better for you now.
