# Add DSCR (debt service coverage ratio) statistics to the dashboard and/or reports

So pretty much all of the major operating statement line items and stats are here. But notably missing is a DSCR calculation. This is fundamental for anyone who is using commercial financing. You should be able to see an NOI DSCR or an NCF DSCR too

@siddhartha.a.gandhi Check your **[Net Cash Flow report](https://app.stessa.com/web/reports/net-cash-flow)**. You’ll find the DSCR line in the “Mortgages & Loans” section. It’s the last line, underneath “Total Mortgages & Loans.”
