Hello,
In the alerts and insights tab, all of my properties are showing a much higher valuation on the “Home Valuation Estimate” chart than any other valuation method I can choose from in the property profiles.
On the 2021 Year in Review tab just above it, the property valuation is much lower than all of the houses combined as mentioned before.
One area says my valuation is negative since acquisition and the other says I am positive…
Is this a bug or maybe I am missing something?
