# Auto geo-assignment of transactions to properties

As a landlord I would like to see all my typical expenses like, parts, service, components etc. auto categorized to the property based on: the geo location of the transaction.  
E.g  
A transaction of a Fan purchase in Hutto, TX - must be automatically categorized to my property in Hutto.  
This can be taken further if the receipt scan has a part and labor items and can be split and allocated to most nearby property automatically.
