Bank account imported only some transactions

Hi I am new to Stessa and just set up my business checking account at Bluevine as the external bank account so that I could import the transactions. I have activities in the bank account going back to Jan 2021, but Stessa only imported the latest 15 transactions from April to June. I tried to refresh the connection but it didn’t make any difference.

Is there a setting somewhere I am not seeing? Has anybody else experienced similar problems?

@vm3yllc Yes, this scenario is typical for a new bank connection. Most banks and lenders will only send through a certain amount of historical data. It’s often 30, 60, or 90 days. To close the gap for prior time periods, you’ll typically need to get a data file directly from your bank, which you can then upload to Stessa.
