Can’t add property from mobile device

I cannot add a property to any portfolio using either the iOS app or the mobile website. The +Add Property button/link is not working. It’s not even clickable.

Sorry to hear that! Can you confirm which iOS device model you have, and what version of the iOS app you’re using? If you open the main menu, the version is displayed at the bottom.

I believe there were some changes made to this section of the app. There is now just a small +Add link and that is working. I was able to completely manage my portfolio from the app.
