Tried to pay my credit card bill with my new updated bank account after they migrated to the new thread bank - and the credit card payment failed saying the new bank account is closed.
This is the last straw - seriously considering giving up the 5% because the banking features are just so terrible
I feel your frustration with the cash management flaws. I just had to go switch all my owners meter payments to the new banking information. Hopefully I don’t run into the same issue that you have run into.

similar issue here. my utility bill payment got rejected. says the account was closed.
got hit with $25 rejected payment fee. x 2 bills. $50. gone.
i better get reimbursed for this. stessa is pissing me off
