Can't set up import from previously-working bank

Hoping the Stessa team can help:

I’m unable to import transactions from Security National Mortgage Company (SNMC - ). I am getting the following message:

Stessa does not support connecting to this Data Source yet. We are working on new integrations and will keep you updated.

The weird thing is, I’ve had this same bank working before. I refinanced my mortgage and it resulted in a new loan number, and now when I’m trying to set that up, it’s not working.

I am having a similar issue with another bank. I have contacted Stessa multiple times without any response. I am going from loving Stessa to not a fan currently with very poor customer support.
