The total amount calculated by stessa for cash on cash metric is wrong, when i add all capital expenses i see it is adding extra $27K to the cost and hence the metric is wrong.
I think this is because, when i connected the mortgage accounts, they added some cost that was double counted, but i then removed those, but the total amount is not reflecting it.
Update:
I tried editing the capital expenses and updated them , but the cash on cash calculation is not changing at all, makes me think it is not refreshing and looks like it does probably based on some triggers and that function isnt working
Please review and let me know how to fix this bug.
