An email, chat and SMS text communication module that Property management can exchange with tenants and keep a track of will be really useful.

Hopefully this will be something that the [Pro Membership](https://www.stessa.com/pricing/) can offer! It’s features like this that would make the Pro Membership invaluable and most definitely worth the expense!

I also strongly support this request.

Custom email and frequency options would be helpful to set up “due today”, “payment late tomorrow”, “Late”… with the ability to see communication logs.
