"Confirm Your Account" emails not being sent and/or received

I am a new account owner and have quickly reached the point that I must confirm my email address before accessing additional features (e.g. bank linking). I have received several messages on Stessa over the past 24 hours that tell me to check my email for confirmation instructions, but no confirmation emails have been received.

I’ve confirmed my email address is correct in my account page, as well as that the emails are not going to my Gmail spam folder. I’ve also requested a new confirmation email a few times with no results.

Despite the missing confirmation emails, I have been receiving other market from the “Devin from Stessa” account.
