What should I categorize the fee that my Debt Servicing company charges me monthly? Right now I have them as Fund Management, but if I do that, it doesn’t calculate that amount as an Operating Expense. I guess I could put it in Property Management, but that’s not exactly what it is. Does anybody else have this issue?

@accounts I’d suggest ‘bank fee’. It will show under operating expenses.
