Should images that are uploaded to individual transactions automatically show within the Documents module? For example, I upload a monthly utility bill to a transaction. I categorize it as an electric expense. Should this image automatically appear in the Documents module categorized under Vendors \> Utilities? ---

@macioceproperties Generally speaking, documents uploaded to transactions are considered “receipts” instead of “documents,” which means they will remain attached to the transaction but should not show up in Documents. Are you seeing something else in your Stessa account? Also, as a reminder, you can always forward emails (with attachments) to [receipts@stessa.com](mailto:receipts@stessa.com) or [documents@stessa.com](mailto:documents@stessa.com) for auto-processing. ---

Make sense. There was an occasion or two where I noticed some statements were appearing in Documents although I uploaded them as “receipts”. I just started utilizing the Documents module and was not sure if they were separate. Thanks for the tips!
