Duplicate Accounts Imported from Property Manager (AppFolio)

Hi - my Property Manager has changed the name of my accounts over time as you can see in the picture below. However, now I have multiple accounts all associated with the same property. Some of these accounts even have the exact same name. I’m not sure if there would be negative implications in automatically merging these, but I should at least have the option to manually merge them so I don’t end up with multiple accounts for the same property. What’s even a bit more annoying is when this happens, I must come in and tie associate this “new” account with the correct property address.
