When a lease expiration is realized in the Leases and Tenants section, the system automatically removes the rent price from being factored into calculations like cashflow. It would be nice if there was an ability to mark a tenant/unit as being month-to-month until another lease is signed and still track when the lease expired. Right now the work around is to remove the lease expiration date or extend it out into the future.
@christopher.braudis Yes, if you delete the expiration date entirely, the system will then assume the lease is month to month (MTM). That should resolve the issues you’re seeing with your related calculations. Hope that helps!
