# First time connecting to bank

Hello! I’m about to connect my STR bank account to Stessa. Within my bank, I have quite a few accounts. I only want Stessa to connect to one of those accounts for my STR. Am I able to only choose the appropriate account once I start the process? I don’t want Stessa to download / have access to all the other accounts.

Yes you can. There are options once connected.
