This 1000% needs to be corrected.
The alert to FIX Connection most times leads to a DUPLICATE or ADDITIONAL connection, NOT fixing the existing one. That leads to a cleanup, which adds unnecessary work and many times lengthy ones.
From what I can tell, EDIT login to the existing BROKEN connection does NOT lead to duplicate or additional connections, but rather ‘re-establishes’ the existing connection.
The whole option menu of FIX IT, Edit Login and Refresh Connections not only is confusing, but most times does NOT do what you think it will!
STESSA SUPPORT, please resolve this! Or at the very least provide some clarity on proper steps when a disconnection happens.
