# How do I change the tenant

I had a tenant move out, and the house was vacant for a month before the new tenant moved in. I cannot get the page to let me have discrepancies in the move out-move in dates for old to new tenants, so I can’t set up the new tenant.

I finally figured it out myself. Only took an hour total!
