Income report only shows 3 HOA Dues (3x$300=$900) but the Transactions shows I recorded 4 HOA Dues (4x$300=$1200).
@agonzalez We’ve looked into this for you and it appears the Income Statement is reporting the HOA dues as expected. There appears to be a single $300 charge in each month from December 2019 through April 2020, for a total of 5 entries.
Could you perhaps provide more information and/or confirm the date range for which you are running the report?

Yes, run the income statement for Year to Date for AGD and you will see the difference. Let me know if you still don’t see it.
