I’m trying to update the lease dates and receiving the following error: End Date must be after Start Date
As you can seen in the screenshot, the end date is after the start date.
@stevenlar Thanks for reporting this. Can you double-check that your “Move-In Date” is prior to or equal to 4/15/2021 and that there is no “Move-Out Date” already set up for this tenant? You will need to close out the Edit Rent modal in order to verify the Move-In/Out Dates.
That was it! Somehow the Move-Out Date was set but the Move-In Date was blank. I have never used that screen so not sure how that happen…but thanks!
