I like how the **Alerts & Insights** page displays lease renewal reminders, however, It would be nice to be able to have a link to suppress the reminder and set a date when the landlord would like the reminder to display again at a later time. Right now, it only gives a link to dismiss the reminder.

In my case, this lease is due for renewal in over a month’s time, and I’d like to circle back to renewal at a later time, but if I **dismiss** the reminder, then I might miss it. I’d like the opportunity to **suppress** the reminder for a later date of my choosing. It would also be nice to be able to select a check-box to send a reminder to the landlord email. Even further, it would be nice to give the landlord the opportunity to send/setup reminder emails to their tenant about the lease renewal through Stessa.

It would be good to also get an email alert 31 days before the lease expires.
