# Modeling what-if scenarios

It’ll be great, if Stessa can answer questions like “What would my cash-flow look like if I paid off mortgages on property x,y,z”, or “what would my cash-flow look like in 5 years from now” etc.

This would be a great feature along with the ability to model the addition of another property into the portfolio.

Great idea! This would allow management of the portfolio at a higher level.
