My PM uses propertyware and I import the transactions from there. I got 3 properties with them and on the same day every month, they charge the management fee (same flat fee amount per property). On stessa side, only 2 show up. One gets lost. I had this same problem in the past, only then one of the three charges showed. Then it started working again and just now I notice that the same issue happens again.
