# Old Tenant Ledgers - Keep or Ditch?

I generally keep old tenant ledgers in stessa (my thinking is what is the benefit of deleting it? i may need to reference it in the future, etc) but wondering if folks delete their old tenant ledgers in stessa after a certain time frame?

yes, I would like to keep old tenant info in Stessa as well. But It would be nice to have a way to achive old tenants. Or else, when making a selection for a unit to assign a received rent, the old tenants kept coming up.

Always keep old tenant ledgers. It would be nice that they do not keep coming up in the transaction page, but this would have to be a select button because you might want to add or subtract monies sometime in the future for a particular tenant that is no linger there.

Yes, agree. An “hide older tenants” button would be very useful in this case

Same issue. In the Transactions area, the unit selection drop-down shows both current and former tenants. The list is crowded with past tenants to whom we don’t need to assign most if any transactions any longer. There should be a way to HIDE or FILTER OUT FORMER TENANTS in the dropdown menu. I’m not alone here.
