# Owner Finance and Notes

It would be wonderful if Stessa had a way to categorize properties sold under Owner Finance terms or for notes in general.

Notes would be fantastic! For example, just tonight I was reconciling Airbnb payouts and I had to do some lengthy calculations to categorize the payouts for a given guest. One payout left to come in another few days and I’d love to keep my calculations in a note so when the payout comes I have handy easy self-contained access to the calculations I spent a good amount of time doing to get the payout split appropriately.
