# Policy Expiration Tracking

I believe it would be beneficial for many if in the document management module/function you have a place for policy start and end dates and then help notify Stessa users before policies expire. I would be one more field that could be optional that would simply need to call against a date (now) based on a notification period set my the end user.

For me I have let insurance policies expire twice since starting to use Stessa and that is my fault. It would be nice if Stessa could remind me a month or two weeks prior to expiration,
