# Portfolio purchase - track mortgage and acquisition at portfolio level

We just acquired a 24 unit portfolio of properties for a total price (ie 3.25 million). We have commercial financing on this. It doesn’t appear that I can setup the mortgage and acquisition price at the portfolio level as we didn’t have a price per building and the financing is on the entire portfolio vs. the building in the portfolio. Am I missing something or is there a way to do this?
