The Dashboard page does not show Cash Flow for one of my properties. Also, the Property Insghts section of the Dashboard does not show the property expenses. When I click on the “+” it takes me to the Expenses which show the “Actual (TTM)” and the “Actual (Jul).”
All other properties appear to be reporting correctly.
@arthur The Dashboard metrics across the top are set up to report pro forma / budget figures for Income and Cash Flow. For actuals, you’ll want to check out the Net Cash Flow chart down below, the Cash-on-Cash metric, and the many different Reports that Stessa supports. Does that help?
