Propertyware Link Changed - Now can't login

My property manager updated my propertyware link. I can log in to Propertyware with the new link using my credentials, however, when I update the link in Stessa external accounts and enter the same credentials, it causes an instant login failure. The updated link doesn’t save and I have to cancel the update because of the login failure.

How can I submit this issue to Stessa technical support for guidance?
