Rent charges for the month of April are not appearing.
My April late fees did not auto generate either… What’s the fix??
My April rent did not auto generate either. Changing the rent due date from the first to the second saving & then back again to the first and saving, manually on 34 tenants got the rent charges to appear… Is there a fix for the late fees?
I thought I’d wait a day…Still no late fees added. This is a basic function that should be seamless… How come it has to be such a painful experience…? There must be a hundred different programs out there that do this same basic function. How come Stessa can’t make it happen?? You need to hire a few more programmers to figure out all these bugs. Issues like this can turn off a lot of customers. Please fix it ASAP.
I tried changing the late fee grace period date to a higher one, saving and then changing back. This did not work either. I tried changing some of the grace periods to the 8th on the 7th, Now today is the 8th and still no late fees
