Added a new tenant that signed a lease and we prorated the rent for Feb 14th to $750. I added an adjustment to make the amount correct due to rounding but now when logging in it is showing them as past due because it also added in a full months rent of $1,500 due for Feb in addition to the pro-ration of the $750. There is no way to delete the 1,500 as it’s showing as a recurring charge.
