When i go to make an annual report of income and expenses for my CPA, and i organize it by property, the annual totals for rent income are way off. This is especially surprising as i use cash management with Stessa to collect the rent. I don’t remember this happening in the past when i would collect the rent other ways and just import the transaction into Stessa. Very frustrating. I get periodic emails saying they are working on it. any one else have this issue?
