# Rent recording issues

It won’t allow me to go to individual rent record payments for each tenant is this due to new rent changes.

@dclcos05 Good morning. Happy to help if I can. Could you provide a bit more detail about the challenge you’re facing? It is unclear to me if you’re trying to run a tenant ledger report or having trouble accessing the tenant ledger page. Try this help page, first, to see if it clears up the issue:
