This is another incentive real estate investors can use to help dissuade late rents. Can this be added to Stessa? This would be a huge benefit as a landlord to offer to a tenant. Many tenants do not like that their credit is generally unaffected by their on time rent payments. ---

This would be a great addition to the Stessa feature set! I also heard that theres a free service called Pinata that I haven’t checked out yet. ---
