# Reports covering multiple years

Great site. Would be nice to have the ability to run reports by year in a cumulative fashion (all properties combined, all of 2005, all of 2006, all of 2007. Would be a good way for those who have backloaded transactions to see how our entire portfolio is performing year over year without having to run each year seperately.

@bkellert209 This is currently supported. Just select “Custom” instead of “Last 12 Months” on your **[Reports page](https://app.stessa.com/web/reports/net-cash-flow)**. Input the full date range you’re trying to roll up and your reporting will populate accordingly.

Custom combines all of the years requested but doesn’t list by year as we can by month.

Yes, we don’t want to combine years results, we want to see each year’s results shows separately as a total so we can compare the totals for each individual year. This gives us a gauge on how the performance of a property is improving from year to year. Please add “By Year” in the drop down right after “By Month”. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
