Send Code never received

Hello,

My appfolio account stoped refreshing. I clicked Fix it and it prompted me to Send Code to my phone. Firstly my phone was not in Stessa so I added it. Second there is no place in AppFolio to add it. I clicked Send Code but no code ever came.

How to fix this?

Hi!

When you click on “Send Code” on Stessa, you will receive the code to the phone that is associated with your Appfolio account, not Stessa.

After the code is received, you put the Code on Stessa’s data sources page
