# Seperate principal, taxes, and insurance in bank's pull

I see what the bank pulls for my rental, I’d like to separate out the taxes, insurance, and principal monthly. Can I set this up to be done automatically?

@krueg1ar Thanks for posting. Sometimes we get the full breakdown from Yodlee and/or the lender and sometimes we only get a single figure for the full payment. If you’re in the latter camp, there’s not much we can do about it but we do have some guidance on how to use the “Split” feature to make the allocations between principal, interest, and escrows less of a headache:
