# Specific multiple property selection for reporting and transactions

Is there a way for the Dashboard, Transactions, and Reports sections to allow for multiple property selection instead of 1 at a time or the entire portfolio? There are many cases where I want to look at the numbers by zip code and would be able to select only a few properties but not all of them.

This is a crucial feature. You should be able to select any property or combination of properties - especially to run reports.

This is also a key issue for people who have their own properties they manage in stessa but may collaborate on other properties they are less involved with.

Right now If I run reports for all properties there is no way to separate out the properties I am only collaborating on. That causes havoc with all the financial metrics.
