Stessa cannot keep a connection between my bank and whatever awful service they’re currently using. I appreciate this free service, but free is not worth the chance of screwing up my books. If this cannot be rectified, I will gladly pay QuickBooks to be over this headache.
Not only does the connection routinely break, but the service LOCKS ME OUT OF MY US Bank Account. I have had to change my password at least, no lie, 20 times since connecting to Stessa.
Should rename the service Stressa, for the amount of stress the service will cause you should you try using it to keep your books.
