I’m trying to purchase an appliance for one of my units through Lowes. The transaction is being declined for no apparent reason. I’ve tried using both my physical Stessa debit visa as well as the virtual one. I tried calling the number on the back of the card and the phone tree said my question wasn’t related to my account or some such bs.
My past requests for assistance using the Stessa chat feature have just gone unanswered, so I’m hoping someone here will be able to help?
