# Stessa stop supporting the platform?

I submitted a ticket days ago. Also I see uploading is not working for Airbnb templates. I tried with their template and it still won’t let me import/upload transactions so I think that entire feature just isn’t working. Anyone else seeing this?

Hi, @jocelynpaonita We are currently experiencing a backlog in support tickets, sorry for the inconvenience. Our engineers are actively working on the AirBNB upload issue, as AirBNB has made changes on their end. We are working on getting this resolved soon.
