# Suddenly flooded with duplicate entries

I’m suddenly flooded with hundreds of duplicate entries going back to the middle of 2025. Some are not categorized, and some are automatically categorized but incorrectly. Untangling this manually will be a huge waste of time, but it DOES need to be untangled. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Looked into this a bit more and it looks like Stessa created a copy of my credit card import (with a different acct #) without being asked to, so all transactions on the card since 6/27/2025 were duplicated. Simple to correct once I figured it out, but why on earth would that have happened?
