# Tenant Pass-Throughs

What does this mean? My Property Management company charges a Tenant Benefit Package and for Pest Control. Is this something that can be placed under Tenant Pass-Throughs. I don’t want the Tenant Benefit Package or Pest Control to be listed as Income as I don’t profit from these ancillary services. So I want to make sure I am placing these fees into the right category.I receive my rent first and pay my Property Management after all funds are clear.
