Trying to refresh account but nothing shows on security modal pop-up

Stessa has been unable to login to my bank for 2 months. I’ve been trying to refresh it and every time I try, it loads a modal pop-up box with a text feed and a countdown timer as though I’m supposed to enter something, maybe the answer to a security question but there is no question, there’s nothing. @chad1 This looks like an issue that’s isolated to your specific bank. It’s best to open a 1:1 support convo for this so we can investigate directly. You can do that by clicking on the blue circle at lower right once you log in to Stessa.
