Two Factor Authentication requires code every time


I enabled 2FA for logging into Stessa. However, it asks for me a code every single time even though I am using a computer I logged in from previously and provided a code. Why is it not remembering the device? If this is not a bug but a feature not yet implemented, can the ability to remember the device please be added? This is needed for both web and mobile app. Thank you and keep up the great work!

@yr46337 Yes, our two-factor authentication (2FA) for the web platform will require you to grab an access code from Authy (or another authenticator app) with each new login. We generally opt for the strongest security settings to protect your data and personal information.

For mobile, we recommend enabling Touch ID for quick and easy access on the go.
