# Unable to create a ledger for a longterm renter

When I enter a Tenant that has been in a unit since 2013 the ledger only pollinates charges back from 2017. I was hoping to create a ledger for the time I have been collecting from this Tenant. Thank you for your assistance.

Are you sure that all transaction are available dating back to 2013?
