In transactions when I try to assign rent to a unit, all the former tenants appear as well. Is there a way to archive the old tenancy without deleting them to get those former tenant names to not show up anymore? I would hope it would default to the name within the date range of a current lease…or something like that.

I have the same issue. In the Transactions area, the unit selection drop-down shows both current and former tenants. The list is becoming crowded with past tenants I don’t need to match to a transaction no more. Is there a way to HIDE or FILTER OUT FORMER TENANTS in the dropdown menu?

It would be fantastic to be able to archive or hide old tenants (and connected accounts) so we didn’t need to scroll through them when they were no longer there. Or even if there was a way to get them to appear at the bottom of the list instead of mixed in.

Would sure like the default to be the current tenant if the list must stay. Otherwise allow Delete to be an Archive option.
