Is there a delayed reporting on the Zillow property values? I cross referenced a few properties on Zillow and they appear different than the data pull on Stessa valuation?

Same experience here. My properties haven’t had an update in 15 days. Thought it was a Zillow thing at first, but appears to be a problem with Stessa pulling in the info.
Appears to be fixed now. Woot!
Glad to hear this is now resolved. Sometimes there is a bit of a time lag between Stessa, the database we connect to for Zestimates, and what’s on Zillow’s public property pages.
