I have six properties. Five correctly auto select the Zillow Zestimate but one seems to always default to the custom valuation tab. How do I change this to act like the other properties that default to Zillow?

Some of my properties do not have a Zestimate. Is that what you’re referring to?

I think they are multifamily properties so maybe there’s a disconnect between the Zillow address and the common address.

@timmygraham I can’t say for sure since we don’t know the programming behind Stessa. If you have a Zillow value available and select “update” I would expect it to stick. In this instance, not all properties have Zestimates.
