I have been generating tax packages without any issues today to our email, but now suddenly they are not being generated. I had to go in and make a few corrections but I seem to have reached my limit of tax packages generated for the day. I even tried changing our email but that didn’t do anything. We need to have our tax package to our accountant TODAY to finish our taxes and I am freaking out a bit. Anyone have any suggestions to like “reset” the tax generation reporting?
